We understand plans change. This policy explains when cancellation requests can be accepted.

Cancellation before shipment

You may request to cancel an order before it ships.

Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the current order status (for example, whether it has already entered packing or carrier pickup stages).

If a cancellation is approved, you will not be charged further and any eligible refund will be handled according to your original payment method.

Cancellation after shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy.
